Welcome to our website Circle Homes was organized as a Texas corporation in April 2000. Initially the company focused on the acquisition and sale of land. From 2001 to 2004 Circle Homes was heavily involved in the remodeling/resale of homes. The company would take homes that had been condemned, retrofit/remodel and bring them up to code, then sell the home. In the remodeling industry, this is known as "flipping" and enjoys some popularity on several current television shows. In 2005 the management team at Circle Homes moved the company's focus to the new home construction market. With the completion of the first project in October 2006, Circle Homes successfully completed the transition from land company to flipper and now to production builder. Circle Homes exists to provide quality homes at a competitive price to all people in each market we conduct business.
